Updates To Existing Functionality

Employee Import/Update

1. Date of Hire field is not required for employee import. This field can be included or excluded from the configuration in the Data Import screen.
2. If Date of Hire is not configured in Data Import nor sent in the import file, ProTrack will set the Date of Hire to the Sunday of the week of the Effective Date for the employee.
3. If Date of Hire is configured in Data Import and is sent in the import file, ProTrack will use that date as the Date of Hire for the employee.
4. If Date of Hire is configured in Data Import but not sent in the import file, ProTrack will set the Date of Hire to the Sunday of the week of the Effective Date for the employee.
