Release Assigned Employees

The employees assigned to a particular plan-segment can be released in 'Employees' tab of Labor Planning Screen.
To release the employees who are already assigned to a plan-segment:

1. Access the Labor Planning screen (Refer Accessing the Labor Planning Screen).
2. Select a facility for planning labor (Refer Choose Facility)
3. Click the Employees tab. Select the employees who have to be released from the 'Assigned Employees' section by selecting the corresponding Select check box of Individual employees.

• To select all the assigned employees, select the Select check box in the 'Assigned Employees' section.

1. Click on the Labor Planning screen, the selected assigned employees are moved from the 'Assigned Employees' section and are listed in 'Released Employees' section in 'Employees' tab of the Labor Planning screen.
