Documentation for ProTrack Warehouse 7.5.

The process of embarking on any project always begins with defining functional requirements. In the case of implementing ProTrack Warehouse, this means deciding in which job functions your associates will be held to standard expectancies and which functions will be treated as indirect (and thusly have no performance expectations). In every job function, the various interruption delay events should also be defined. This results in a list of activities; all associate work time will be spent in one of these activities. These activities also provide the foundation on which standard times are calculated.

ProTrack Warehouse is a widely-flexible application, and as such provides you with nearly endless possibilities of tracking activities in your operation. This flexibility provides new visibility to the various tasks your associates are performing on a day-to-day basis, which in turn equips you with the information needed to make a thorough assessment of your operation at all levels.
