The Open Items Widget is a Team Based Widget and does not require a Supervisor to be selected from the drop down. It provides the number of open items affecting assignments for the past 30 days and will link to the Open Items List widget if available.
Team Based Widget Configuration
Employees must be assigned to the Supervisor, this is done in the Employee screen under the Work Info tab.
