Documentation for ProTrackWarehouse 22.1.

Kiosk Config screen allows the creation of kiosk accounts which can be used to log into ProTrack Warehouse instead of an employee's account. Kiosk accounts will only have access to the kiosk screen and can be left open all day on a terminal out on the warehouse floor.

  • Kiosk accounts do not count against the license user limits.

 

To access the Team Config screen:

  1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
  2. Select Team Config under the Configuration menu. The Kiosk Config screen appears.

    FieldDescription
    Kiosk NameName of the kiosk that will be displayed after logging into a terminal, on reports, and the Control Screen (for Manufacturing environments). Alphanumeric values are accepted in this field.
    Kiosk IDUnique identifier that will distinguish one kiosk from another within the database. Alphanumeric values are accepted in this field.
    Line IDProduction line which the kiosk will be tied to. Alphanumeric values are accepted in this field.
    Room IDRoom in which the kiosk will be located. Alphanumeric values are accepted in this field.
    StatusStatus of the kiosk, Active or Inactive, which determines if the kiosk is usable or not.
    Default LanguageKiosk will be displayed in the selected language, English or Spanish.
    Home FacilityFacility which the kiosk will be tied to.
    DepartmentDepartment which the kiosk will be tied to.
    RoleRole will be automatically set to Kiosk and cannot be changed.
    Kiosk User IDUsername that will be entered when logging into ProTrack Warehouse.
    Kiosk PasswordPassword that will be entered in order to log into ProTrack Warehouse.

     

Creating A Kiosk Account
  1. Click  to clear all fields on the screen.
  2. Enter the Kiosk Name, Kiosk ID, Line ID, and Room ID.
  3. Select the Status, Default Language, and Home Facility from the drop down lists.
  4. Enter the Kiosk User ID and Password. Confirm the Kiosk Password.
  5. Click .

Searching For A Kiosk Account
  1. Click  and a popup window will appear.

  2. Click  to pull up all kiosk accounts created within ProTrack Warehouse

    Tip

    • To list the Kiosks with names starting with a particular character, enter the character into the field. For example, to search the kiosks starting with the character 'K', enter 'K' in the kiosk name field to list kiosks that start with a K.

  3. The searched kiosk(s) will be listed in the Kiosk Config Search Results at the bottom of the screen.

Editing A Kiosk Account
  1. Search for the kiosk account that will be updated.

  2. Edit the necessary fields.
  3. Click .

    • If you have made changes in the fields and do not want to save the details, click before you save the changes.
Deleting A Kiosk Account
  1. Search for the kiosk account that will be deleted.
  2. Click on the Kiosk ID link found in the search results to pull up the information.
  3. Click .

    Info

    • A kiosk account can only be deleted if it has never been used to work an activity.
    • Once a kiosk account has been used to work an activity, it can be set to Inactive status to mark it unusable.
