An Activity Group in ProTrack Warehouse is used to group together similar activities reporting purposes.
Field Description
Field | Description |

Activity ID | ID as it will be sent in the WMS transaction file. |
Activity Name | As it will appear on reports. |
Activity Type | Determine if the activity is Standard or Non-standard and select Standard Direct, Indirect, or Delay as appropriate. |
Activity Group | This is a roll-up reporting for a group of Activities that are related to one another. Name as it will appear on reports. |
Tasking Group | This is a roll-up reporting for a group of Activity Groups that are related to one another. Name as it will appear on reports. |

The options in the Maintain Activity Group screen are available depending on the user privileges. This screen helps you add, edit, search, view, delete and print activity groups in the system and also you can assign or remove activities. An Activity Group will have a minimum of two Activities assigned to it.

The tabs in the Maintain Activity Group screen are:
- Activity Group - – shows the details of the activity group.
- Assign Activity - shows the activities assigned to the activity group. You can add or remove activities.

- You can add a new activity group using 'Activity Group' tab of Maintain Activity Group screen. You can add activities to the Activity Groups using 'Assign Activity' tab of Maintain Activity Group screen. Each activity group should have at least two activities.

- Select the Select check box of individual activities in the list.
- Click Submit in 'Search Activity' screen*.* The selected activities will be listed in the selected 'Selected Activities' section of the Assign Activity tab.

- To search for particular records, type the Activity Group Name*.*
- To list the activity groups with Activity Group Names starting with a particular character, you can use the Wildcard character, '%' (to represent a group of characters). For example, to search the activity groups starting with the character 'P', enter 'P%' in the Activity Group Name field to list activity groups such as 'Picking', 'Packing' and so on.

- You can search particular records by typing the Activity Name or by selecting an Activity or Standard type.
- Select the Select check box of individual activities in the list
- Click Submit. The selected activities will be listed in the selected 'Selected Activities' section of Assign Activity tab.
