The options in the Maintain Zone screen are available depending on the user privileges.

2. To access the Maintain Zone screen:

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
2. Select Zone under the Maintenance menu, the Maintain Zone screen appears.

1. Access the Maintain Zone screen (Refer Accessing the Maintain Zone Screen).
2. Type Zone ID, Zone Name and Zone Description*.*
3. Click Save to save the zone.

• Click Search in the Maintain Zone screen, the Search Zone screen appears.

• Type any of the criteria mentioned above, that is Zone ID*,* or Zone Name.
• To list the zones with zone names starting with a particular character, you can use the wildcard character, '%' (to represent a group of characters). For example, to search the zones starting with the character 'D' enter 'D%' in the Zone Name field to list zones such as 'D-Clean', 'D-Cooler', and so on.
• The wildcard character '' can be used to represent a single character. For example, to list the Zone 'D-Clean', enter 'D_Clean' in the Zone Name field._

1. Click Search in the Search Zone screen, the records matching the search criteria are listed in the 'Zone Search Results' section of the Maintain Zone screen.

• If no search criteria are specified all the zones will be listed in the 'Zone Search Results' section.
