Incentive in ProTrack Warehouse is a powerful tool used to identify individual employees who are eligible for performance-based incentive pay. Incentive pay is configured by setting up an 'Incentive Plan' and assigning employees to the plan. Once an Incentive Plan is configured and effective, employees will be automatically evaluated as to whether or not they are eligible to receive incentive pay.
