In the following screenshot, on 5/21/12 the employee was scheduled to work a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift (as illustrated in the yellow bar). However, the blue bars (representing the actual worked schedule) look strange; the employee's actual work schedules are stretched end-to-end, which indicate that there were assignments occurring during that time when the employee was not scheduled to be working.

This single work schedule contains assignments that should have been split between two work schedules. Scrolling downward to look at the individual assignments reveals this to be obviously true:

  1. Search for the date of the employee's work schedule you want to edit (in this example 5/21/12).
  2. Click on the blue bar with the white hyperlink to edit its Schedule Times.
