  1. Access the Daily Inquiry screen.
  2. Search and display the employee information in Daily Inquiry screen. (Refer Search Employee).
  3. Select the assignment in which the adjustment occurred (highlighted in blue).

  4. Click the Image Removed Image Added button. The Create Assignment screen appears.

  5. To select activity ID, click  the Search Activity screen appears. In order to populate the Search Results you can either enter in an Activity Name or Activity Type and click Search or you can click Search with nothing populated and the list will populate with all Activity IDs in the system.

  6. You can use the Activity Type drop down box to filter, whether you want an indirect, delay, or break/lunch. Click the activity ID link. The Activity ID and Activity Name will be updated in Create Assignment screen.

    • The Associate ID and the Associate Name are updated from the Daily Inquiry screen.
    • The Assignment ID is auto-generated. However, you can also specify an assignment ID.
  7. Enter the number of whole minutes for the duration of adjustment. Must be less than the duration of the assignment it occurred in.Image Removed

  8. Click Image Removed Image Added (Create). The created assignment will be listed in the Daily Inquiry screen.

    • You can add multiple adjustments to one work assignment as long as the sum of the new assignments fit within the duration of the worked assignment.

Moving and Editing Adjustments

You can move and edit an adjustment that you created.

  1. Click on the Image Removed of the icon next to the assignment ID of the adjustment that needs to be moved or edited.Image Removed

  2. Select the assignment to move the adjustment to and/or change the Duration as required.

  3. Click Image Removed to save the "Edit Adjustments" to save the changes you have made.
