- Select the Other Reports under the Analysis menu. The Other Reports screen appears.

Facility
Select the facilities that will be displayed in the report.
Report Name
Select which report to generate.
From Date
Select the start date of the report.
To Date
Select the end date of the report.
Employee
Select the employees that will be displayed on the report.
Assignment
Select the assignments that will be displayed on the report.
Activity Type
Select the activity type of the assignment for which the report has to be generated.
Audit Report
Select the type of Audit report to be generated.
Info title Info - Different fields are available based on the Report Name selected.
