The Shifts screen helps you group schedules for reporting and labor balancing. This screen will allow you to add, search, view, and delete shifts in ProTrack Warehouse.

To access the Maintain Shifts screen:

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
2. Select Shifts under the Employee menu. The Maintain Shifts screen appears.

   Maintain Shifts Field Description
   

   Field	Description
   Shift Name	As it will appear on reports.
   Facility	The facility this shift is related to.
   Schedule Name	The name of the schedule to be associated with this specific shift.

   The following are the tabs in Maintain Shift screen:

   Detailed description relating to the shift.

Adding New Shifts

To add a new shift:

2. Access the Maintain Shifts screen (Refer Accessing the Maintain Shifts Screen).
Type the Shift Name.
3. Select and Shift Description and select the facility name from the Facility drop down list.

1. Type any Shift Descriptions in the text area.

2. Click Assign Schedule tab.

3. Click the Select Schedules and a popup window appears listing all the schedules.

4. Search for the appropriate schedule(s)

1. 1. To select the schedule, click the Select Schedules link*, Search Schedules* screen appears listing all the schedules in the system.
