The Schedules screen allows creating, viewing, editing, and deleting of schedules within ProTrack Warehouse. Functionality on this screen will vary depending on the user privileges.
To access the Schedules screen:
- Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
- Select Schedules under the Employee menu. The Maintain Schedules screen appears.

Schedules
On each day, an employee in ProTrack Warehouse is assigned to a schedule. Schedules are used for the following purposes:

Day of Week | Day of the week for this specific schedule. Values are in title case (i.e. Monday and NOT MONDAY). |

- To facilitate when an employee's work day starts and ends
- To automatically create lunch, breaks and other scheduled activities
- To create reporting breakpoints in the time continuum as an employee works throughout a week.

The schedules can be searched for by providing the following search criteria in the Search Schedule screen:
- Schedule Name
- Effective Date
- To search for particular schedules:
- Click Search in the Maintain Schedule screen, the Search Schedule screen appears.
- To search for particular schedules, type the Schedule Name or click Image Added and select the Effective Date.

Image Added Maintain Schedule - Search Schedule - To list the schedules with schedule names starting with a particular character, you can type the character and click Search. The Schedules starting with the given character are displayed in the 'Schedule Search Results' section.
- Click Search in the Search Schedule screen. The records matching the selected criteria are listed in the 'Schedule Search Results' section of the Maintain Schedule screen.

View and Edit Schedule Schedules can be viewed and edited from the 'Schedule Search Results' section in the Maintain Schedule screen. - To view and edit a schedule:
- Search and list the schedules you want to view and edit in the 'Schedule Search Results' section by providing a search criterion (Refer Search Schedules).
- Click the selected schedule name link from the 'Schedule Search Results' section. The details of the selected schedule appear in the corresponding fields in the Maintain Schedule screen.
- Change the required fields (Facility, Schedule Name, and Schedule Buffer are not editable). You can change activity details in the 'Schedule Activities' section. To add new activities to the schedule, click the Select Activity link.
- Click Save to save the changes.
- When the Employee Schedule is updated mid-Work Schedule or Schedule Buffers overlap then two Work Schedules are created. To correct this issue delete the assignment from one Work Schedule, and either add a Delay for the duration of the assignments deleted or adjust the Schedule Start Time forward to adjust for the duration of the deleted assignments.
- If you have made the changes in the editable fields and do not want to save the details, click Reset before you save the changes.
- If you want to add a schedule at this point in time, Click Add to bring the Maintain Schedule screen to the Add mode.
- To delete the activities selected, select the delete checkbox of the corresponding activities and click on the Save button

Search and Select Activities You can search and select activities by using the Search Activity screen. The search criteria are: - Activity Name
- Activity Type
To search for an activity:
1. Click Select Activity link in the Maintain Schedule screen. The Search
Activity screen appears.
2. Select or type Activity Type or Activity Name. The activities matching the
search criteria are listed in 'Search Results' section.

Maintain Schedule - Search Activities 4. Select the Select check box of individual activities in the list. 5. Click Submit, the selected activities are displayed in the 'Schedule Activities' section.- Schedule Activities can only include: Start of Shift (SOD), End of Shift (EOD), Breaks (Break 1, Break 2, etc), and Lunch.
- Start of Shift (SOD), and End of Shift (EOD) are required Schedule Activities with a Duration of at least one-minute.
