Import LocationThis is the folder location where files will be dropped so that ProTrack Warehouse can import the files. Each import type has a configurable import location which must be set locally on the application server.
To set the Import Location:
- Select an Import Type from the drop down list.
- Click Image Modified and a popup window appears.

- Navigate to the folder that will be used for importing files.
- Select a file located within that folder.

| - If there are no files located in the folder, you can right click within the popup and create a new document. Once it is created, select the file.

- Click Image Modified to select the location. The 'Location' field will be populated with the folder location you have selected.

- Click Image Modified to save the import location for that Import Type. The 'Current Import Location' will replace the default location with the one you have selected.

Import FieldsImport fields will determine what data to send within a file along with the order of how the data will be sent. Each import type is configurable and the fields will vary from one import type to another. You may choose to import comma separated values or fixed length file types.
To set the Import Fields:
- Select an Import Type from the drop down list.
- Select a File Type from the drop down list.
- Comma Separated Values file type will have three fields under the 'Import Fields' section: PTW Field, Element#, and Description.
