- If no schedule is assigned to an employee then the schedule assigned to the Facility will be used.

- The term "Schedules" should not be confused with "Work Schedules". "Work Schedules" in ProTrack are date-specific instances of a specific employee's work day. ProTrack creates a unique Work Schedule for every employee on each day that they have assignments. An employee's configured Schedule for a particular day is used to build that day's Work Schedule.
