The Customers screen in ProTrack Warehouse maintain the information of the customers of the ProTrack Warehouse.
Field Description
Field | Description |

Customer ID | Must match exactly the ID sent in the WMS transaction feed. |
Customer Name | As it will appear on reports. |
Customer Type | Values = Customer or Consignee. |

- There can only be one Customer for each assignment in the WMS transaction feed. Otherwise, the Standards will not be applied correctly and thus the reporting will not be accurate

- Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
- Select the Customers tab under the maintenance Maintenance menu. The Maintain Customer screen appears.

- To add a new customer:
- Access the Maintain Customer screen (Refer Maintain Customer).
- Type or select the relevant fields in the screen (Refer field description).
