Assignment Status in ProTrack enables the user to view and correct issues with work assignments that are not in Complete (COM) status.
To access the Assignment Status screen:
- Log in to ProTrack.
- Select the Assignment Status under the Monitor menu. The Assignment Status screen appears.

- Select Search hyperlink to display the Search Pop-Up Window.
- Use the Calendar Icon to select a specific date range to view the required data elements.

- The top grid displays the specific Work Schedule Date and Number of Work Schedules where there is an issue with Assignment Status.

- Click on a specific Work Schedule Date hyperlink to view the details of the specific work schedule.

- Click on the Detailed Work Schedule hyperlink to gain access to the Daily Inquiry screen.
- Review Daily Inquiry Screen section 0 to correct the Assignment Status issues.
