Assignment Status in ProTrack enables the user to view and correct issues with work assignments that are not in Complete (COM) status.

To access the Assignment Status screen:

  1. Log in to ProTrack.



  1. Select the Assignment Status under the Monitor menu. The Assignment Status screen appears.

  1. Select Search hyperlink to display the Search Pop-Up Window.
  2. Use the Calendar Icon to select a specific date range to view the required data elements.

  1. The top grid displays the specific Work Schedule Date and Number of Work Schedules where there is an issue with Assignment Status.

  1. Click on a specific Work Schedule Date hyperlink to view the details of the specific work schedule.

  1. Click on the Detailed Work Schedule hyperlink to gain access to the Daily Inquiry screen.
  2. Review Daily Inquiry Screen section 0 to correct the Assignment Status issues.
