Updates to Existing Functionality

...

Kiosk

  1. The Discipline report has been modified to display which activities (Home or Non-Home) triggered the employee for discipline.
  2. On the Daily Inquiry, adjustment assignments (such as breaks) are now selectable by default, enabling quick-deletion.
  3. Kiosk has undergone significant architectural "under-the-hood" changes resulting in a substantial speed increase. All methods (starting an assignment, ending an assignment, grouping assignments, placing an assignment on-hold, and resuming an assignment) have been addressed. Creation of an assignment (either via the KVI Entry screen or Kiosk) has not been enhanced in this release.
  4. The numbering sequence to child assignments (in Split, "Team" assignments) has been updated such that the first employee to sign into an assignment gets the "-1" extension to their Assignment ID, and the second employee gets the "-2" extension. Previously, the first employee would get "-2" and the second would get "-1", which was counter-intuitive. This functionality now matches the Child Assignment Import Assignment ID sequencing that was introduced in version 7.5The error-handling in the import processing of pre-download assignments has been updated to match that of post-download assignments. Now for either type, if any processing validation returns an error, the problematic data will go into "ERR" status and can be viewed, corrected, and reprocessed from the WMS Import Data Monitor screen.

Bug Fixes
  • (PTW-1865) Identified an issue with implicit buffer start time being derived. Changed logic to use previous work schedule's buffer end time as the buffer start time of the new work schedule being created.
  • (PTW-1866) Could not transfer assignment in ERR status to an adjacent empty work schedule, which would leave the SOD as the only assignment in the source work schedule.
  • (PTW-1867) Schedule Group screen would not properly refresh when clicking the Add button.
  • (PTW-1869) Added guardrail to Assignment Transfer to prohibit transferring ES-sourced activities.
  • (PTW-1871) Could not sort by metrics by desc order in the Ad Hoc Reports.
  • (PTW-1874) Fixed a window size issue on Monitor > Assignment Status.
  • (PTW-1877, PTW-1887) Fixed an issue where a Reshuffle exception occurred while ending assignment with End Time after the TA-sourced EOD, resulting in the assignment being left in ADD status.
  • (PTW-1878) Fixed an exception while transferring assignment to day that the employee is not scheduled to work.
  • (PTW-1879, PTW-1880) Added a guardrail to prevent Schedule Groups from being renamed to have the same name as an existing one, which would cause both Schedule Groups to be unable to be loaded.
  • (PTW-1888) Fixed an issue with Implicit Buffer logic, using previous work schedule end buffer to create new work schedule start buffer - rule doesn't work when new work schedule SOD starts before work schedule buffer start
  • (PTW-1892, PTW-1908) Fixed an issue where you cannot Transfer assignments w/ "Edit End Time w/ Transfer" out of a work schedule when this action leaves source work schedule empty.
  • (PTW-1900) Fixed an issue where transferring multiple assignments to new work schedule (using Transfer button) results in earliest assignment(s) erring out.
  • (PTW-1901) Fixed an issue where D.I. work schedule search results displays wrong schedule date across certain time zone differences.
  • (PTW-1905) Exception occurs when searching for a facility in Performance/Cost Reports.
  • (PTW-1914) Fixed an Issue with searching for a selector.
  • (PTW-1947) Fixed an issue where a break would originally be attached to a parent assignment, and later when a child gets imported, the break remains attached to the parent instead of the child -1.
  • (PTW-1965) Fixed an issue where assignments were unable to associate to a work schedule, despite the employee's schedule configuration being correct.
