On the Analytics screen on the left column, click the 
button, then select New Dashboard.
If you would like to create a Dashboard within a specific folder, click the 3-dots next to that folder name, then select New Dashboard
In either case, a new window will pop up.
You will be asked to select a data source. Click "Choose Data Source" and select the appropriate data source. You will likely only have one option.
You can also set a title for your new Dashboard. Name your dashboard as applicable. This can be renamed later.
Click "Create" and your dashboard will be created.
