  1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.

  2. Select Cost/Performance under the Reports menu. The Cost/Performance report screen appears.

    Field

    Description

    Facility

    Select the facilities that will be displayed in the report.

    Report Name

    Select which report to generate.

    Sort Order

    The order in which the report will be sorted is Alphanumeric.

    Sub-Total/Total At

    Reports can be generated either by Summary or Detail.

    From Date

    Select the start date of the report.

    To Date

    Select the end date of the report.

    Baseline

    Select the format that the base % and adjusted % performance will be displayed on the report, either 0% or 100%. When the option is disabled, the format defaults to 0%.

    Activity Type

    Select the activity type of the assignment for which the report has to be generated, either Indirect or Standard Direct.

    Tasking Group

    Select the Tasking Group(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Activity Group

    Select the Activity Group(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Shift

    Select the Shift(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Department

    Select the Department(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Schedule

    Select the Schedule(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Supervisor

    Select the Supervisor(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Activity

    Select the Activity(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Zone

    Select the Zone(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Microzone

    Select the Microzone(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Employee

    Select the Employee(s) for which the report should be generated.

    Customer

    Select the Customer(s) for which the report should be generated.
