The Dashboard in ProTrack Warehouse provides the user the ability to see information at any level with full drill down capability from corporate, region, to facility levels. There are 3 different types of dashboards available: Performance, Volumetric, and Analytics. Each dashboard will provide the user a different view of information pertaining to productivity.

To access the Dashboard screen:
- Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
Select Dashboard under the Reports menu. The Dashboard screen appears.
- Select either Performance, Volumetric, or Analytics dashboard to view.

Facility Overview
The facility level will display discrete information about the specific facility that was selected.

| Delays & Indirects | Pie chart representing activities performed throughout the day (hover the mouse over the pie section to determine the activity and duration). |
| Capacity Analysis | Graph that displays the available standard time and the available employee time at each hour. |
| Performance vs Utilization | Graph that displays the facility's performance and utilization throughout the day. |
| Metrics | Line graphs that display Outbound, Inbound, and Total lines for the day. |
| Observation Analysis | Lists any Pending, Ignored, In-Progress, or Past Due observations by supervisor (requires Active Performance Management). |
| Performance Distribution | Bar graph displaying employees performance for the day. |

Viewing Different Levels of Data
- Select the date range of the dashboard.
- Select which dashboard to view: Performance, Volumetric, or Analytics.
- Choose which chart will be modified and right click on the X-axis values.

From the popup menu, select which level to view the data.
Menu Option Description Go Down Lists the next lower level on the hierarchy of data capture (Region > Facility > Department > Supervisor > Tasking Group > Activity Group > Activity). Go Up Lists the next upper level on the hierarchy of data capture (Activity > Activity Group > Tasking Group > Supervisor > Department > Facility > Region). Go To Jump directly to a level of data and all regions will be updated to display info at the newly selected level. Go to By Value Jump directly to a level of data but only the selected region will display info at the newly selected level. For example, right click on East region and Go to By Value Facility. Data will be displayed for only the facilities tied to the East region. - Optionally, clicking on a facility (blue pin) or a region (orange pin) on the map will update all the charts to display info for that selected facility or region.
Selecting Different Chart Types
- Select the date range of the dashboard.
- Select which dashboard to view: Performance, Volumetric, or Analytics.
- Choose which chart will be modified and right click on the chart.

- The chart will refresh and display the info based on the newly selected chart type.
