New Report:  Performance by Home Activities

Using the new Employee Home Activities framework, a new report has been added to Analysis > Performance / Cost Reports.  This report enables a user to view each employee's separate performances in their home activities and their non-home activities.  Four variations of this report are available:

  1. Summary, 0% baseline:  groups data by Facility, Employee, and Home & Non-Home Activities
  2. Detail, 0% baseline: groups data by Facility, Employee, Home & Non-Home Activities, and Activity
  3. A 100% baseline version of the 0% Summary
  4. A 100% baseline version of the 0% Detail
Discipline

The Discipline Engine has been enhanced to support separate performance and/or quality thresholds and minimum hour requirements for employees' home activities and non-home activities

WMS Import of Team (Split) Assignments

ProTrack 7.5 now supports importing child-level assignments. This brings the same Split Assignments logic (previously only available to Kiosk assignments) to imported assignmentsA new "Child Assignment" flag has been added to the list of WMS Import fields (see Data Import Configuration for an explanation on adding import fields). Any assignment having the Child Assignment flag set to "Y" will be eligible for association to a family of assignments.

The new functionality can be summarized as follows:

  • Assignments for one or more employees, all having the same Assignment ID, are sent with End Times and Child Flags set to "Y". These are referred the "Child Assignments".
  • Total KVI counts and standard time is calculated at the Parent Assignment level; individual standard times are then divided among the Child Assignments.
  • KVI information may or may not be sent for each Child Assignment. If KVIs are sent in a Child Assignment, the KVIs are aggregated to the parent-level total.

This new functionality may be used in any team-standard activity where employees' assignment end times can be captured by the WMS, but the standard time is shared among all participants in the assignment.

Complete details of functionality and use cases can be found on the Child Assignments functionality page.
