Comment: Migration of unmigrated content due to installation of a new plugin

Assignment Status screen in ProTrack Warehouse enables the user to view and correct issues with work assignments that are not in Complete (COM) status.

To access the Assignment Status screen:

  1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
  2. Select the Assignment Status tab under the Monitor menu. The Assignment Status screen appears.

Searching Assignment Status

To search assignment status:

  1. Select the 'Search' link and a popup window appears.

  2. Click Image Added
  3. Select Search hyperlink to display the Search Pop-Up Window.
  4. Use the Calendar Icon to select a specific date range to view the required data elements.

  1. The top grid displays the specific Work Schedule Date and Number of Work Schedules where there is an issue with Assignment Status.

  2. Click Image Added and the records for the selected criteria are listed in the 'Detail Report' section.

Viewing & Editing Assignment Status

To view and edit an assignment:

  1. Search and list the work schedule date you want to reprocess in the 'Detail Report' section.

  1. Click on a specific Work Schedule Date hyperlink to view the details of the specific work schedule.

  2. Click on the Detailed Work Schedule hyperlink to gain access to the Daily Inquiry screen.
  3. Review Daily Inquiry Screen section 0 to correct the Assignment Status issues.

  1. Date link from the 'Detailed Summary Report' section. The DI of that work schedule date will appear in a popup window.
  2. Correct any assignments in ERR status.
