To access the Performance Trend reports screen:

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.

2. Select Performance Trend under the Reports menu. The Performance Trend reports screen appears.

   Search Employees

   The employees can be searched for by providing the following search criteria in the Employee Search at the top of the screen

   • Last Name
   • First Name
   • Employee ID
   • Supervisor
   • Facility
   • Days Since Effective

   To search for particular employees:

   1. Type at least one of the criteria mentioned above: Last Name, First Name, Employee ID, Supervisor, Facility, or Days Since Effective.

   2. Click  . The records for the selected criteria are listed in table below the search criteria

      To list the Employees with first names starting with a particular character, enter the character into the field. For example, to search the employees starting with the character 'P', enter 'P' in the first name field to list employees with first names starting with P. If no search criteria are specified all the employees will be listed in the 'Employee Search Results' section.

   Performance Trend Field Description

   Field	Description
   Employee	Name of employee displaying in the Performance trend graph.
   ID	Employee ID.
   Effective Date	Employee's effective date.
   Supervisor	Employee's Supervisor
   Facility	Employee's Facility.
   Effective Days	Number of days employee has been effective in ProTrack.
   Date	Select End Date for Performance Trend
   Period	Select Period duration. 90, 60, 30, or 7 days.
   Chart Type	Select Actual to show Actual Performance or Adjusted to show Adjusted Performance.
   Refresh	Click Refresh to reload report if changes are made to Date, Period, or Chart Type.
   Print	Click Print to generate a PDF of the Performance Trend.
