1. Click  in the Maintain Activity screen and the Search Activity screen appears.

2. Type the Activity ID, Activity Name, Activity Type, Activity Status, or Supervisor Approval.

   Tip
   title Tips
   To list Activities with names starting with a particular character, enter the character into the field. For example, to search activities starting with the character 'C', enter 'C' in the Activity Name to list activities with names starting with C. If no search criteria are specified all the activities will be listed in the 'Activity Search Results' section.

3. Click  in the Search Activity screen. The records matching the selected criteria are listed in the 'Activity Search Results' section.

1. Search and list the activities you want to view or edit in the 'Activity Search Results' section.

2. Click the Activity Name link from the 'Activity Search Results' section. The details of the selected activity appear in the corresponding fields in the Maintain Activity screen.

3. Change the required fields and click  to save the changes.

   title Tips
   If you have made the changes in the fields and do not want to save the details, click before you save the changes. If you want to add an activity at this point, click to clear the fields and to bring the screen to the add mode.

1. Search for the activity that will be deleted.
2. Click the Activity Name link from the 'Activity Search Results' section. The details of the selected activity appear in the corresponding fields in the Maintain Activity screen.

3. Set the Activity Status from Active to Inactive. Click .

4. Select the check box to the left of the Activity Name in the 'Activity Search Results' section.

5. Click  to delete the activity.
