The Scheduled Schedule Request screen in ProTrack Warehouse enables the user to identify what requests which topics in the processing queue have errored erred out, identify why the requests topics erred out, and reprocess those requests.

To access the Scheduled Schedule Request screen:

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
2. Select the

Searching Schedule Request

To search for a particular topic:

1. Click 'Search' and a popup window appears.

2. Type a Topic and/or Status.
3. Click _{Image Added} and chose a date range to search for scheduled requests.

Reprocessing A Topic

To reprocess a record click on the check box. Click reprocess.

Scheduled Request - Detailstopic:

1. Search and list the topic you want to reprocess in the 'View Details' section.
2. Click on the Date link from the 'View Details' section. The details of the Topic appear in the corresponding fields in the 'Detailed Summary Report' section.

3. If the topic is in ERR status, review the error message and make the appropriate changes to the assignment or within ProTrack Warehouse.
4. Select the check box next to the topic to be reprocessed.
5. Click _{Image Added} and the topic will go to RFP status to be reprocessed.
