Zones in ProTrack Warehouse are used for reporting and selecting standards. Zones can also be used when creating Learning Curves. The options in the Maintain Zone screen are available depending on the user privileges.

To access the Maintain Zone screen:

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
2. Select the Zone tab under the Maintenance menu, the . The Maintain Zone screen appears.

1. Access the Maintain Zone screen (Refer Accessing the Maintain Zone Screen).
2. Type Zone ID, Zone Name and Zone Description*.*
3. Click Save to save the zone.

Adding A Zone

To add a new zone:

1. Type the Zone ID, Zone Name and Zone Description.
2. Click _{Image Added} to save the zone.

Searching Zone

To search for a particular zone:

1. Click _{Image Added}

• Zone Name

Viewing & Editing Zones

To view and edit the Zone:

1. Search and list the zones in the 'Zone Search Results' section by providing a search criteria (Refer Search Zones).
2. Click the zone name of the zone Zone ID link from the 'Zone Search Results' section. The details of the zone appear in the corresponding fields in the Maintain Zone screen.
3. Change the required fields (Zone ID, Zone Name, and Zone Description).
4. Click Save _{Image Added} to save the changes.
