"SchedulesSchedule Types" are used in ProTrack Warehouse to define when an how long employee works and when break, lunches and end of the day should be applied in employee's work day starts and ends, and when he or she takes breaks and lunches. ProTrack uses Schedules Scheduled Activities to automatically allocate time for these daily activities that are typically not captured or recorded by any other host systems (such as WMS). These scheduled activities may include:

• Start of Shift
• Breaks (1 or more)
• Lunch
• End of Shift

Schedule Type

The Schedule Type screen allows creating, viewing, editing, and deleting of schedules schedule types within ProTrack Warehouse. Available operations on this screen will vary depending on the user privileges.

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.

2. Select Schedule Type under the Employees menu. The Schedule Type screen appears.

   Schedule Type Field Description

   Field	Description
   Schedule Type	Name for a schedule type which can be alphanumeric and must be unique.
   Duration	The length of schedule i.e how many hours employee will be working in a single day.
   Max Duration	The maximum number of hours in a single day.
   Add	To refresh the screen to add a new schedule type.
   Delete	Delete schedule type.
   Clear	Delete any unsaved changes to schedule type.
   Save	Save schedule type
