Plan Info

Displays the type of plan selected, the employees that are assigned to the plan, and the source of data for the labor planning process.

Plan Recap

Displays all the segments that are configurable.

Plan Progress

Displays the progress of work in every planning level and also expected end time for the work.

Employees

Displays all the assigned and released employees.

Schedule Plan

Select a date of the earliest schedule in the shift for the Start Time and select the latest schedule in the shift for the End Time.

Plan Resource All

Lists all the employees who are available for the selected plan are listed in the 'Plan Resource' section. They can also be marked absent for that planavailable to be assigned to the labor plan. Check the box to the left of the employee's name to mark them absent.

Data Source

Select the an option for calculating standard work for the labor plan.

• Planned Data - Specify the From and To dates which will then be used for calculating standard work.
• Historical data Data - Specify a certain date which will then be used for calculating standard work.

Segment Settings Segments that are

configured in Labor Planning Configuration (this is covered in a separate manual covering configuration) screen can be planned in 'Segment Settings' section in Plan Recap tab, the planned segments have a priority and employees Select which segments will be the used to create the labor plan. Employees are first assigned to a plan segment with the highest priority.

Plan Progress

Progress Indicator

The Displays the progress of work in a particular plan segment can be viewed in 'Progress Indicator' section of Plan Progress tab.

Employees

Assigned Employees Employees

Lists all employees assigned to a plan segment by the process depending on the work to be done and the work remaining in that plan segment are listed in this 'Assigned Employees' section of the Employees tab.

Released Employees Employees

Lists all employees that have either been released from a plan segment or the employees have yet to be assigned by the process depending on the work to be done and the work remaining in that plan segment are listed in this 'Released Employees' section of the Employees tabto a plan segment.
