To access the Team screen:

  1. Select the Team tab under the Configuration menu. The Team screen appears.



Configuration – Team

  1. To create a team insert name of team by typing team name in the Team Name text box.
  • At this point clicking on the save button is allowed.


  1. To add criteria to a team click the Add button.





  1. Select from the three criteria in the Team Criteria drop box and click Save.


Team Criteria

Definition

Employee

Depending on data level, the user can choose employees to add to a team.

Facility

The user can choose any facility to add to a team.

Role

The user can choose any role to add to a team.


  1. Click on the search box to select Criteria Value.


  1. Click on the search box to select Criteria Values.


  1. Select each Criteria Values and click submit.








  1. Click save when team has been created.
