The Observation List is a Team Based Widget and will only display information when a Supervisor is selected from the drop down. It provides a listing of outstanding observations for the past 30 days and will link to the observation module for a selected employee.
Team Based Widget Configuration
Employees must be assigned to the Supervisor, this is done in the Employee screen under the Work Info tab.
