Other Reports

The Other Reports screen is used to generate reports for cost analysis of different activities and customers. This screen is also helpful by providing reports such as Missing Locations or Work To Do.

To access the Other Reports screen:

Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.

Select the Other Reports under the Analysis menu. The Other Reports screen appears.

Other Reports Field Description

Field	Description
Facility	Select the facilities that will be displayed in the report.
Report Name	Select which report to generate.
From Date	Select the start date of the report.
To Date	Select the end date of the report.
Employee	Select the employees that will be displayed on the report.
Assignment	Select the assignments that will be displayed on the report.
Activity Type	Select the activity type of the assignment for which the report has to be generated.
Audit Report	Select the type of Audit report to be generated.

Discipline Report	Displays employees who have been flagged for discipline along with their performance and/or quality thresholds, step levels, and reason code (if applicable).	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Employee Summary by Assignment	This report displays a listing of all assignments worked by each employee over a selected date range.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Exception Report	Displays a listing of assignments that are not in 'COM' status, grouped by employee.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Incentive Report	Displays a list of employees eligible for incentive pay which is determined by the configured Incentive Plans.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Indirect Summary	Displays the time taken per day to perform each indirect activity in the input time period.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Missing Locations Summary	Identifies any locations that have been imported but are not configured in *ProTrack* Warehouse** over a date range.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Missing Locations Detail	Identifies any locations that have been imported but are not configured in *ProTrack* Warehouse**, all affected employees, and the activities which the affected employees worked over a date range.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Punch Summary Report	Displays all of the time and attendance time punch information over a date range.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Punch Error Summary Report	Displays all of the time and attendance time punch information that has erred out over a date range.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Quality by Assignment	Displays the number of errors of each quality type committed by assignment in the input time period.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Quality by Employee	Displays the no of errors of each quality type committed by employees in the input time period.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Quality by Quality Type	Displays the total no of errors of each quality type committed by all employees per day per assignment in the input time period.	Facility From/To Date Employee Variance Threshold
Trip Audit by Assignment	Displays a complete breakdown of the standard time allotted for a specific assignment by determinant, and summarizes the standard time into worktime and travel totals. Must specify the assignment for the report. Assignments for this report need not be in 'COM' status.	Facility From/To Date
Trip Audit For Completed Assignments	Displays a complete breakdown of the standard time allotted for a specific assignment by determinant, and summarizes the standard time into worktime and travel totals across multiple assignments at once. Assignments for this report must be in 'COM' status.	Facility From/To Date Assignment
Schedule Variance Report	Displays all employee work schedules whose start or end times varied from the assigned scheduled shift by a user-definable threshold (the "Variance Threshold"). The report also lists the variances of the overall schedule durations to identify when an employee worked shorter or longer than what they were scheduled to work. Work To Do Summary	Displays a summary of the assignments by activity that are yet to be completed within a specified date range.	Facility From/To Date
Work To Do Report	Displays the assignments that are yet to be completed within a specified date range.	Facility From/To Date Assignment

To generate a report:

Click and select the facilities from the Search Facility Name screen.
Select which report you want to generate from the Report Name list.
Click and select From Date and To Date for which the report should be generated.
Click to generate the report.
Tip
- Click Clear, if you want to clear all the values in the fields.
