Data Interfaces

ProTrack Warehouse can receive productivity data from a variety of host systems. Data is often compiled from systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Processing, Shipping, and Voice Selection systems. Using these systems’ data, interfaces are designed such that a single data file is created containing the work activities associates performed.

ProTrack Warehouse can import these files as frequently as they’re provided, allowing for a near-real-time view of what is happening in your operation.

All of this work activity is split into units of work by time, referred to as work assignments. Each associate’s performance in their various assignments, in various activities can then be tracked from a holistic view.
