There are two metrics that are referred to consistently within ProTrack Warehouse: Performance and Utilization.
These two metrics are useful in tracking the progress of a Labor Management System implementation in your environment. They also help determine how much savings the workforce provides the company.
Performance shows the employee's productivity for a given time period. It can be measured by the month, day, even all the way down to an individual assignment.
How to calculate Performance?
Utilization shows how much time the employee has spent on standard direct activities.
