There are two metrics that are referred to consistently within ProTrack Warehouse: Performance and Utilization.
These two metrics are useful in tracking the progress of a Labor Management System implementation in your environment. They also help determine how much savings the workforce provides the company.
Performance
The comparison of standard time to actual time of an assignment. Essentially, how much time the system has calculated against how long it took the employee to do the same work.
How to calculate Performance?
Utilization
Utilization shows how much time the employee has spent on standard direct activities.
