The Observation module (also known as Active Performance Management or APM) provides a centralized location where management can look to determine which employees need guidance and counseling due to low performance, quality errors, or discipline. This module can also be used to do annual, monthly, weekly observations to ensure that the employee is compliant with the SOP.

Multiple activities can be tied directly to an observation form which consists of five categories: Process, Safety, Quality, Delay, and Associate Observations. Alerting can be incorporated to auto-generate which employees are low in performance or high in quality errors based on a configurable scheduled plan. Alternatively, observations can be manually created using the Observation Assignments screen.

To access the Observation screen:

  1. Log in to ProTrackWarehouse.
  2. Select Observation under the Operations menu. The Observation screen appears.
