There are two metrics that are referred to consistently within ProTrack Warehouse: Performance and Utilization.
These two metrics are useful in tracking the progress of a workforce while using a Labor Management System. More importantly, they help determine how much savings or loss that each individual provides to the company by displaying the individual's productivity.
Performance
The comparison of standard time to actual time. Essentially, how much time the system has calculated the work against how long it took the employee to do the same work.
- Displayed in either 0% or 100% baseline.
- This means that -5% = 95% when comparing 0% to 100% baseline.
How to calculate Performance?
Utilization
The comparison of actual time on standard activities to indirect time. It shows how much time the employee has spent on standard direct activities.
- Always displayed in 100% baseline.
