Documentation for ProTrack Warehouse 7.5.
Discipline in ProTrack is used to track individuals' performance. The discipline plans evaluates the individual level performance, effectiveness, utilization, total performance, quality, safety, and attendance.
The Approve Discipline screen helps you to approve or deny the discipline step for individual employees, and confirm or over-ride the discipline level. The options in the Approve Discipline screen are available depending on the user privileges.
To access the Approve Discipline screen:

Field |
Description |
---|---|
Employee Name |
First and last name of employee on discipline. |
Plan Name |
Displays the discipline plan the employee is assigned to. |
Step Level |
Displays the current discipline level for the employee. |
Review Period |
Displays the start and end days of which the discipline plan ran. |
Status |
Displays approve or disapprove of that discipline level. |
Approve |
Select the check box if the employee is approved. |
Disapprove |
Select the check box if the employee is disapproved. |
Reason Code |
Select a Reason Code for the disapproval from the list. |
The employees can be searched for by providing the following search criteria in the Search Employee screen:

The employees can be viewed and edited from the Approve Discipline screen. If the status of the employee is Approve or Disapprove the fields are not available to edit.
