Other Reports

The Other Reports screen is used to generate reports for cost analysis of different activities and customers. This screen is also helpful by providing reports such as Missing Locations or Work To Do.

To access the Other Reports screen:

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
2. Select the Other Reports under the Analysis menu. The Other Reports screen appears.

   Other Reports Field Description
   

   Field	Description
   Facility	Select the facilities that will be displayed in the report.
   Report Name	Select which report to generate.
   From Date	Select the start date of the report.
   To Date	Select the end date of the report.
   Employee	Select the employees that will be displayed on the report.
   Assignment	Select the assignments that will be displayed on the report.
   Activity Type	Select the activity type of the assignment for which the report has to be generated.
   Audit Report	Select the type of Audit report to be generated.

Discipline Report

This report displays employees who have been flagged for discipline along with their performance and/or quality thresholds, step levels, and reason code (if applicable).
To generate a Discipline Report:

1. Click and select the facilities from the Search Facility Name screen.
2. Select Discipline Report from the Report Name list.
3. Click and select From Date and To Date for which the report should be generated.
   

   Tip

   • Click Clear, if you want to clear all the values in the fields.
4. Click to generate the report.

Employee Summary by Assignment

This report displays a listing of all assignments worked by each employee over a selected date range.
To generate Employee Summary by Assignment:

1. Click and select the facilities from the Search Facility Name screen.
2. Select Employee Summary by Assignment from the Report Name list.
3. Click and select From Date and To Date for which the report should be generated.
4. Select the activity type from the Activity Type list. If this field is not specified, both indirect and standard direct activities are considered.
   

   Tip

   • Click Clear, if you want to clear all the values in the fields.
5. Click to generate the report.

Exception Report

This report displays a listing of assignments that are not in 'COM' status, grouped by employee.
To generate Exception Report:

1. Click and select the facilities from the Search Facility Name screen.
2. Select Exception report from the Report Name list.
3. Click and select From Date and To Date in which the assignments were performed.

   Info

   • Date is based on work schedule date, not calendar date.
4. Click to generate the report.

Incentive Report

This report displays a list of employees eligible for incentive pay which is determined by the configured Incentive Plans.
To generate Incentive Report:

1. Click and select the facilities from the Search Facility Name screen.
2. Select Incentive report from the Report Name list.
3. Click and select From Date and To Date in which the assignments were performed.
4. Click to generate the report.

Indirect Summary

This report displays the time taken per day to perform each indirect activity in the input time period.
To generate Indirect Summary report:

1. Click and select the facilities from the Search Facility Name screen.
2. Select Indirect Summary from the Report Name list.
3. Click and select From Date and To Date in which the activities were performed.
4. Click to generate the report.
