Documentation for ProTrack Warehouse 7.5.
The Employees screen is used to create, edit, and delete employees within ProTrack Warehouse. All productivity, performance, and quality data are associated to individual employees.

Must match the ID in the Time and Attendance feeds esactly. |

This ID can appear on reports in place of the employee name or WMS ID. |

Date of Hire |
Date which the employee was hired. |

Date which the employee is effective in PTW. Must be at least one-day after Date of Hire. |

Current status of employee, either Active, Inactive, Temporary or Terminated. |

Supervisor |
For reporting purposes. Must match the WMS ID of the employee as config'd in PTW. |

Home Activity ID |
Must match that config'd in PTW. A required field for Labor Planning. |

Home Department |
Select which department the employee belongs to. Department is tied to the associate and is a reportable bucket. |

Select which facility the employee belongs to. |

Select the role the employee will be assigned to. Each role will have varying user functions which are configured on the Security screen. |
Schedule |
Name of Schedule |
Displays the schedule group the employee is assigned to and when it will expire. |
