Time Clock

Time Clock screen will provide a way to capture true start and end times for scheduled activities such as Start of Shift, Breaks, Lunch, and End of Shift. Alternatively, rounding rules can be applied which will snap the times to the assigned scheduled times if the punches fall within a specified before and after buffer duration of the assigned schedule.

To access the Time Clock screen:

1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.

2. Select Time Clock under the Kiosk menu. The Time Clock screen appears.

Configuring Time Clock

1. Click on Facility under the Configuration menu.
2. Search for the facility that will be using the Time Clock functions (refer to Facility).
3. Click on Settings tab.
