The System screen displays the system configurations and the scheduled tasks for ProTrack Warehouse. This screen is accessible based on user privileges.

To access the System screen:

  1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
  2. Select the System tab under the Configuration menu.

    Description

    SysConfig

    Displays system configurations.

    Scheduled Task

    Displays the tasks performed by ProTrack Warehouse.

    Field

    Description

    Property Name

    Lists configurable options.

    Property Value

    Displays the configured value for the corresponding property name.

    Category

    Displays the category the property name belongs to.

    Scheduled Task Field Descriptions

    Field

    Description

    Topic

    Lists all topics that is performed by ProTrack Warehouse.

    Active

    Displays if the corresponding topic is active or inactive.

    Min Threshold

    Minimum queue threshold. When the queue is below this threshold, more tasks will be scooped and put in queue.

    Scoop Size

    The amount of tasks to be scooped and placed in queue.

    Max Latency (ms)

    Displays the maximum amount of time, in milliseconds, each task will be allowed to process.

    Max Attempts

    Displays the number of attempts each task will be repeated.

    Wait Between Attempts (ms)

    Displays the amount of time, in milliseconds, ProTrack Warehouse will wait before attempting to process a task again.

    Aging (ms)

    Displays the amount of time, in milliseconds, a task will become ignored after maximum number of attempts has been reached.

Editing System Configuration

To edit a particular System Configuration:

  1. Change the required fields on SysConfig.
  2. Select the 'Scheduled Task' tab.
  3. Change the required fields on Scheduled Task.
  4. Click to save the changes.
