Microzones in ProTrack Warehouse are used for reporting and selecting standards.

Field Description

• There can only be one Microzone for each assignment in the WMS transaction feed. Otherwise, the Standards will not be applied correctly and thus the reporting will not be accurate.

Accessing the Maintain Microzone Screen
The options in the Maintain Microzone screen are available depending on the user privileges.

1. To access the Maintain Microzone screen:

1. 1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
   2. Select Microzone under the Maintenance menu, the Maintain Microzone screen appears.

Add Microzone
You can add Microzones by using the Maintain Microzone screen.

1. To add a new microzone:

1. 1. Access the Maintain Microzone screen (Refer Microzone)
   2. Type the Microzone ID, Name and Description.
   3. Click Save to save the Microzone.

Search Microzones
Microzones can be searched for in the Search Microzone screen based on two search criteria, which are:

• Microzone ID
• Microzone Name

1. To search for a particular microzone:

1. Click Search in the Maintain Microzone screen, the Search Microzone screen appears.

1. Type at least one of the criteria mentioned above, that is Microzone ID*,* or Microzone Name.

• To list the Microzones with Microzone Names starting with a particular character, you can use the Wildcard character, '%' (to represent a group of characters). For example, to search the Microzones starting with the character 'D' enter 'D%' in the Microzone Name field to list Microzones such as 'D-Clean', 'D-Cooler', and so on.
• The Wildcard character '' can be used to represent a single character. For example, to list the Microzone 'D-Clean', enter 'D_Clean' in the Microzone Name field._

1. Click Search in the Search Microzone screen, the records for the selected search criteria are listed in the 'Microzone Search Results' section of the Maintain Microzone screen.

• If no search criteria are specified, all the microzones are listed in the 'Microzone Search Results' section.

View and Edit Microzone
The microzones can be viewed or edited from the 'Microzone Search Results' section in the Maintain Microzone screen.
To view and edit the Microzone:

1. Search and list the Microzones in the 'Microzone Search Results' section by providing a search criteria (Refer Search Microzones)
2. Click the microzone name from the list in the 'Microzone Search Results' section. The details of the microzone appear in the corresponding fields in the Maintain Microzone screen.

Maintain Microzone - Edit Microzone

1. If required, change the Description field, as this is the only field that can be edited.
2. Click Save to save the changes.

• If you have made the changes in the fields and do not want to save the details, click Reset before you save the changes
• If you want to add a new Microzone at this point, click Add to clear the fields and to bring the screen to the add mode.
