Active performance management

1. Employees approved for discipline (through the Discipline module) will generate an observation in Active Performance Management.
2. Added graphical and printable APM reports.
    

Dashboard

1. Dashboard can now be refreshed every 15 minutes to keep the information up-to-date.

• (PTW-2038) Fixed the issue with reports not displaying Total Performance in 100% baseline.
• (PTW-2056) Fixed the issue when a trip audit is pulled through the DI using multiple assignments and receive an error.
