The Schedule Request screen in ProTrack Warehouse enables the user to identify which topics in the processing queue have erred out, identify why the topics erred out, and reprocess those requests.

To access the Schedule Request screen:

  1. Log in to ProTrack Warehouse.
  2. Select Schedule Request under the Monitor menu. The Schedule Request screen appears.

Searching Schedule Request

To search for a particular topic:

  1. Click 'Search' and a popup window appears.

  2. Select a Topic and/or Status from the drop down lists.
  3. Click  and chose a date range to search for scheduled requests.
  4. Click  and the records for the selected criteria are listed in the 'Detail Report' section.

    Request to insert an EOD in an employee's day. This process is done to ensure that each employee receives an EOD each day.

    Status

    Description

    RFP

    Ready for Processing - These requests are waiting in queue to be processed.

    INP

    In Progress - These requests are either actively being processed or are about to be processed.

    COMCompleted - These requests have completed their processing.

    ERR

    Error - These requests have erred out.

    IGNIgnore - These requests have been ignored.

Reprocessing A Topic

To reprocess a topic:

  1. Search and list the topic you want to reprocess in the 'View Details' section.
  2. Click on the Date link from the 'View Details' section. The details of the Topic appear in the corresponding fields in the 'Detailed Summary Report' section.

  3. If the topic is in ERR status, review the error message and make the appropriate changes to the assignment or within ProTrack Warehouse.
  4. Select the check box next to the topic to be reprocessed.
  5. Click  and the topic will go to RFP status to be reprocessed.

    Tips

    Ability to use the ReProcess button when user would like to ProTrack to submit another request to potentially correct the issue prior to the user correcting.
