Documentation for ProTrack Warehouse 2015.1.
The Team Performance Widget is a Team Based Widget and does not require a Supervisor to be selected from the drop down. It provides the overall metrics for a supervisor's team for today or the past 7 days.
Team Based Widget Configuration
Employees must be assigned to the Supervisor, this is done in the Employee screen under the Work Info tab.
- Choosing the quickly changes the display grid from a specific date or the past 7 days.
Column Name | Column Description |
---|---|
Associate | Associate Name and Photo Open or Unresolved issues (Assignments) are identified with a red Daily Inquiry (DI). which is a link to the specific employee's |
Date | Schedule Date |
Total Hours | Total time the employee worked that day, from SOD to EOD minus unpaid activities. |
Standard Hours | Total time the employee spent on standard direct activities. |
Delay Hours | Total time the employee spent on delays. |
Indirect Hours | Total time the employee spent on indirect activities. |
Performance | The comparison of the Standard Time allowed on a specific task or operation to the Actual Time used for that same task or operation. |
Adjusted Performance | The comparison of the adjusted standard direct time (which includes learning curve, if applicable) allowed on a specific task to the actual time used for that same task. |
Utilization | The comparison of Actual Time on Standard against Indirect time. |
